Job summary

Chin’an Gaming Hall is seeking a Player Services Representative in Alaska to support guests, handle cash transactions, and protect casino assets while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Responsible for all key transactions in the cage, per gaming regulations.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest service within Player Club.
• Execute Players Club transactions related to rewards, promotions, and point redemptions.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value and VIP guests.

A Player Services Representative is also tasked with representing the Players Club with knowledge, efficiency and excellent customer service while assisting our guests with club transactions and business.
