Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and process requests from guests.
• Walk the casino floor to greet new and established guests.
• Promote Infinity Rewards by creating new accounts and explaining the club.
• Assist Promotions with tournaments, telemarketing, drawings, and event nights.
• Evaluate members' play and issue comps per guidelines.
• Assist guests with restaurant and hotel reservations.
