Job summary

Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, WA is seeking a Player Development Host to build VIP relationships, promote the Players Club, and drive revenue. You will contact hosted guests via telemarketing, mail, and events, assess services, and ensure confidentiality and professional guest interactions.

The role requires at least 2 years in casino gaming or related sales, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with state licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• Must have 2 years of Casino gaming experience or demonstrated growth in consumer sales, telemarketing, or high-visibility guest contact positions.
• Fluent in English with strong business communication; able to write reports and conduct business correspondence.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Washington State Class III Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with our very best guests.
• Meet or exceed multiple strategic quotas as set by Player Development Manager and property Marketing Director.
• Actively contacts Hosted guests, via telemarketing, texts, e-mail, direct mail and personal contact to build loyalty.
• Use Guest Contact System and other inputs to recruit new guests into our Players Club program.
• Regularly scheduled shifts in our VIP Lounge.
• Evaluates VIP guests’ activities to ensure appropriate level of complimentary service based on play and comp availability.
