Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking a courteous Guest Services Host to communicate the Player’s Club program and assist mid- to high-end guests on the casino floor. You will greet guests at service booths and the VIP room, coordinate comps and reservations for events, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through informed recommendations and proactive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two months on-job training or related customer service experience.
• Computer literacy with good oral and written English communication.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
• Multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Bristol their choice for gaming entertainment; builds guest relations and mentors team members.
• Service all customers at the customer service booths and VIP room; greet bus arrivals; conduct property tours; and assist in promotional events.
• Provide information pertaining to comp limits, special services, and amenities; promote the Player’s Club and events.
• Approve and issue limited comps to mid and high-end players based on guidelines.
• Coordinate comp paperwork for Casino/Executive Host, VIP Services, and casino personnel.
• Coordinate reservation responses for events and accommodations for mid to high-end guests.
• Handle difficult customer interactions and resolve disputes.
• Control and monitor access to VIP amenities by tracking visits.
• Maintain knowledge of player recognition programs (cards, cash back, etc.).
• Display positive attitude and high service standards.
• Respond to customer and co-workers’ inquiries promptly and courteously.
