Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a VIP Host to develop and coordinate programs that attract mid- to high-limit players, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat visits on the casino floor.

You will cultivate relationships with premium guests, manage telemarketing and events, host VIP functions, and deliver outstanding service while protecting guest confidentiality and adhering to company guidelines.

PAY RANGE: $39,900 - $58,900 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years host experience or prior gaming experience with high Asian clientele preferred.
• Prior experience in the Gaming industry required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and establishes relationships with premium-valued gaming guests.
• Promotes property to potential high-worth customers to increase trip frequency.
• Attends marketing planning sessions and VIP events, promoting revenue growth.
