Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking an onsite Hardware Deployment Team Specialist to image, configure, deliver, and deploy both Mac and PC computers for NIH and Shady Grove offices. You will also provide high-quality technical support to end users, including VIPs, maintaining security baselines and documenting asset movement.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS, ticketing knowledge (ServiceNow), and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least one year of experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11; macOS (14 or higher).
• Technical support experience in the Microsoft suite.
• Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and end-user equipment support; VIP support experience is a must.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install Dell laptops and Apple MacBook Pro computers at NIH and Shady Grove offices.
• Resolve tasks to meet SLAs and follow procedures.
• Provide desk-side and remote support via Bomgar, Teams, and WebEx.
• Prepare equipment for deployment according to TRP calendar.
