Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Meeting Manager to act as the primary client liaison for assigned programs and lead meetings from planning through logistics. You will manage sites, itineraries and client debriefs, driving billing accuracy while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements include 2–5 years in meeting planning, CMP preferred, and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years meeting planning experience preferred.
• Pharma, VIP, C-level meeting planning preferred.
• CMP preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and clients.
• Neat and professional appearance; ability to meet deadlines; handle change well.
• Analytical skills and intermediate Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Function as primary client liaison and lead for assigned programs.
• Manage meetings and events through strategy, delivery and logistics.
• Coordinate site inspections, itineraries and client debriefs; ensure billing accuracy.
• Lead status meetings from pre-launch through execution and manage VIP projects as needed.
