Job summary

Onyx in New York is seeking a Loyalty Associate to build and manage relationships with our most engaged players. You’ll be their primary point of contact, delivering personalized service and creating experiences that drive long-term loyalty.

You’ll own a portfolio of VIP players from onboarding through ongoing engagement, coordinating invitations, hospitality, and events, and working closely with CX, Growth, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in VIP hosting or related role.
• Experience in sports betting, gaming, hospitality, or similar environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of prediction markets is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build authentic relationships.
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient using data and CRM tools to prioritize outreach and track results.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players.
• Own the player relationship from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
• Identify opportunities to retain and reactivate players with tailored communications and VIP experiences.
• Coordinate invitations, hospitality, and events to strengthen relationships.
• Manage player questions and escalations with internal teams.
• Monitor player activity and feedback to adapt engagement approach.
• Analyze player data to understand behavior and trends.
• Share insights with Product, Growth, and Customer Experience to drive improvements.
• Follow policies, responsible gaming standards, and compliance requirements.
