Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation, operating Belterra Park, is seeking a VIP Attendant to maintain the VIP Lounge's cleanliness and stock levels, deliver attentive guest service, and ensure compliant beverage service.

In this role you will learn property outlets, greet guests within a minute of seating, manage orders via POS, and uphold health and gaming regulations while providing a polished guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21-years of age.
• Must pass the Bartenders Qualification Assessment Test.
• Must meet the minimum number of Bartending hours required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming registration.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external guest service in the VIP Lounge with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Maintain a well-groomed, neat and clean appearance and ensure the lounge is stocked with food, condiments and supplies.
• Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system and collect payment in a timely manner.
• Pour and serve wine, bottled or draft beer, and mix cocktails according to standards.
• Adhere to all Ohio Gaming Commission regulations and health department guidelines.
