Job summary

Boyd Gaming's Belterra Casino Resort & Spa in Indiana is seeking a Beverage Server to provide superior service to guests in a dynamic casino environment. You will serve beverages and food according to Belterra standards while maintaining a polished appearance.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with beverage selections, greeting guests, promoting daily specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction through timely service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with beverage and wine service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two years of service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to external and internal guests and staff.
• Serves beverages and food per Belterra Casino Resort standards.
• Assists guests with beverage selections using product knowledge.
• Greet guests promptly and inform them of daily specials and offerings.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and a neat appearance.
• Anticipates guest needs and handles inquiries and requests.
