Boyd Gaming is seeking a VIP Attendant to maintain the VIP Lounge, stock supplies, and deliver exceptional guest service in a premier casino setting in Cincinnati, OH. You will handle beverage orders, assist guests with selections, and ensure compliance with gaming and health regulations.

A professional appearance and strong service orientation are required. Responsibilities include accurate POS entry, cash handling, and facilitating beverage service for events and guests while maintaining VIP

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass Bartenders Qualification Assessment Test.
• Must obtain and maintain valid gaming registration.
• Must obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service in VIP lounge; anticipate guest needs.
• Answer general questions about the property and services.
• Pour and serve cocktails, wine, beer; mix drinks per recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; handle payments promptly.
• Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance and lounge area.
• Adhere to health, safety and Ohio Gaming Commission regulations.
