Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve enterprise-wide learning programs with a focus on onboarding. This hybrid role partners with leaders, HR, and SMEs to meet business goals and drive employee performance.

You will lead the development of engaging learning experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, and use modern elearning tools like Articulate to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7–10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and managing enterprise-wide training programs.
• Experience developing onboarding and development initiatives for multiple levels across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide onboarding program design, development, and delivery across divisions.
• Create and deliver training using classroom, e-learning, virtual workshops, and on-the-job methods.
• Partner with leaders, HR, SMEs, and trainers to align programs with business needs and performance goals.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and evaluate program quality.
