Job summary

MSM Technology, LLC is seeking a qualified Temporary IT Technician to support our client during an extended employee absence. This full-time temporary assignment is expected to begin late December 2026 and continue through approximately October 8, 2026.

You will act as Tier II support, troubleshooting complex issues across Windows, Office 365, and devices, while maintaining DoD standards. Responsibilities include imaging deployments, ticket queue management, VPN support, and providing training

Qualifications

• Current Security+ CE certification (IAT II).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for escalated incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Perform imaging and PXE deployments for new/replacement equipment.
• Manage ticket queues, triage, and route requests to correct teams.
• Ensure VPN access and endpoint security compliance.
• Deliver user guidance and mentorship for junior technicians.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
