Job summary

MSM Technology is seeking a qualified Temporary IT Technician to support our client during an anticipated extended employee absence. The role starts late December 2026 and runs through approximately October 8, 2026.

This full-time temporary assignment may not lead to permanent employment. You will act as Tier II support, manage escalated incidents, troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, devices, and network peripherals, and ensure DoD-compliant configurations.

Qualifications

• Active Security+ CE (IAT Level II) certification.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Strong communication and customer service for technical/non-technical users.
• Experience with imaging, deployment, and configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tier II support, managing escalated incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with Windows OS, Office 365, laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Configure and support end-user hardware/software per DoD standards.
• Perform system imaging and PXE deployments for new/replacement equipment.
