Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT support or service delivery.
- At least 3 years supporting executives or VIPs in white-glove capacity.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, and endpoint management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary tech contact for executive leadership and assistants.
- Deliver high-touch, end-to-end incident ownership through resolution.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders with discretion.
- Provide remote and on-site support for a Miami headquarters and hybrid users.
- Coordinate device management, onboarding/offboarding, and AV/meeting room tech.
