Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher; can substitute for associates with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar roles.
• DoD IAT Level II Certification is required.
• Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality services to customers for new equipment installations and break/fix incidents.
• Provide dedicated VIP federal personnel support, troubleshooting diverse technologies within SLAs.
• On-site tech support for VIP hardware, peripherals, software, AV systems, and wireless tech.
• Support Microsoft OS, M365, and network services.
• Schedule and coordinate desk-side support for software/hardware changes.
• Assist with VIP assets, peripherals, and user accounts management.
• Investigate and resolve VIP IT connectivity issues.
• Document changes in Jira Service Management to keep asset/config data current.
• Other duties as assigned.
