Job summary

A leading investment management firm seeks an Infrastructure Support Specialist in New York to provide VIP and multi-tier support across desktop and infrastructure. You will engage with users on Office 365, Windows 11, and more, delivering top quality IT support for executive levels. The role also includes work with Windows Server engineering, Azure Cloud, and DevOps. This is a full-time position targeting mid-senior level candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of Service Desk, 1st and 2nd line support across Windows desktops
• Strong experience of VIP support and excellent communication skills
• Solid infrastructure knowledge across networking, AD, mobile devices, and Cloud Ops

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across EUC and infrastructure
• Work directly with users for support on Office 365 and Windows 11
• Deliver IT support for the C-suite and board
