Chenega MIOS is seeking a VIP Help Desk Analyst in Arlington, VA to deliver professional, on-site support for VIP hardware, software, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot issues for VIP federal personnel, ensuring SLA adherence and effective communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant IT experience.
• DoD IAT Level II Certification is required.
• Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site VIP hardware, software, peripherals support.
• Troubleshoot VIP federal personnel issues while meeting SLAs.
• Support Microsoft OS, M365 Suite, and network services.
• Coordinate desk-side software/hardware installations.
• Manage VIP assets and user accounts; resolve connectivity issues.
