Job summary

DLH Corp. is seeking a Hardware Deployment Team Specialist to image, configure, deliver, and deploy Macs and PCs for federal programs. You’ll provide high-quality desk-side and remote support, manage tickets, and help meet SLAs while ensuring security baselines.

You’ll work onsite at NIH and Shady Grove, using tools like Bomgar, Teams, and WebEx, with responsibilities spanning asset tracking, OS imaging, and VIP support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience with desktop and laptop computers.
• Windows 10/11 and macOS (ideally 14+).
• Microsoft Office experience and ticketing systems.
• VIP support experience and strong written/oral communication.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install Dell laptops and MacBook Pros at NIH/Shady Grove offices.
• Resolve tasks within SLAs and provide desk-side or remote support.
• Use Bomgar, Teams, and WebEx to assist end users.
• Deliver IT equipment per TRP calendar and track assets.
• Ensure security policy compliance and perform OS imaging tasks.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and tickets; support VIPs as needed.
