Job summary

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated, full-time Intake Advocate to be the first voice VIP referral-source clients hear and a resource to the intake team.

The role requires a JD from any accredited U.S. law school. You will engage clients, explain our process in plain English, and confirm their intent to move forward prior to countersignature. Remote/hybrid work options are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• A J.D. from any accredited law school in any U.S. state.
• Option of in-person, hybrid, or full-remote work; location does not matter.
• Excellent phone presence and people skills, warm and effective with clients.
• Comfort working at pace taking intake calls with peaks in the afternoon/evening.
• Sound judgment and strong ethical instincts.
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus; bilingual preferred.
• Willingness to take turns in a shared on-call rotation including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for VIP referral-source clients, ensuring they reach a real person.
• Run brief intake calls, introduce the firm, explain processes, and answer questions clearly.
• Protect integrity of engagements; confirm spoken with named client before countersignature.
• Serve as a resource to the intake team, offering attorney's judgment on questions.
• Hand new matters off cleanly to intake, case-management, and the attending attorney.
• Bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every call for a positive experience.
