Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a proactive Mini Bar and In-Room Dining Server to ensure flawless service of food and beverage experiences. You will take orders from guests, deliver items, settle charges and maintain in-room mini bars to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, knowing hotel services, handling POS, and assisting other departments as needed. Prior room service or banquet experience is preferred, and you must be able to legally serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as room service, restaurant or banquet server.
• Must be customer-service oriented and hospitality focused.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver guest orders for in-room mini bars and meals.
• Set up and stock mini bars; post charges to guest rooms.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system and manage room charges.
