Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.

• Maintain professional appearance adhering to company standards.
• Adhere to Wind Creek Customer Service Standards.
• Must work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Hindi; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market casino amenities to qualified guests and drive business.
• Recruit mid- and high-value players within the Indian market using direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, on-floor prospecting, and events.
• Assess guest play and rate it against Wind Creek guidelines.
• Extend complimentary items and services based on guest play.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target customers through personalized service.
• Conduct outbound calls to invite guests to events.
• Manage complimentary expenses and guest profitability.
• Participate in on-site and off-site player events.
• Resolve customer issues amicably.
• Understand Wind Creek rewards and rights for guests.
• Comply with PGCB rules and Wind Creek regulations.
• Promote teamwork and adherence to company policies and diversity commitments.
