Responsibilities

• Markets casino amenities to potential guests.
• Recruits new mid- and high-value players within the Indian market through various channels.
• Assesses guest play and provides personalized guest service.
• Extends complimentary items and services based on guest play.
• Maintains relationships with target customers and invites guests to events.
• Handles outbound calls and manages complimentary expenses.
• Ensures guest profitability and participates in on/offsite events.
• Complies with PGCB rules and Wind Creek policies.
