Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a seamless guest experience.
• Greet guests and manage seating and reservations workflow.
• Answer the phone and take, track, and organize reservations, to-go orders, and special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and perform opening, running, and closing side work.
