Chief's on Broadway in Nashville is seeking a VIP Host to greet guests and introduce them to the Chief's experience. You will be the first impression, ensuring hospitality, cleanliness, and organization throughout the venue.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, seating, using reservation systems, answering questions about programming, and maintaining brand standards. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior hosting experience in a nightclub setting.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced live music venue or similar environment is preferred.
• Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue and guide them to seating areas.
• Assist guests with directions to different levels and check-in for restaurant seating.
• Manage restaurant seating using the reservation system.
• Provide information about programming and venue features as needed.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a hospitable, memorable guest experience.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling alcoholic beverages and maintain cleanliness.
• Keep spaces organized and stocked for operational success.
