MGM Resorts in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a Junior Casino Host to create memorable guest experiences and drive loyalty. You will host events, promote promotions, and provide exceptional service while building relationships with hosted players.

Responsibilities include reporting, training hosted players, and growing carded play. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifikationen

• Meet monthly/quarterly goals in theoretical win dictated by Slot Marketing Director.
• Educate hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events; answer questions in person, by phone, or email.
• Prepare, maintain and submit monthly slot and pit expense and comp reports.
• Provide accurate accounting of all pit and slot players' comp guidelines, transactions, and services.
• Identify and generate new member sign-ups to grow carded play and revenue.
• May update club accounts with current address, phone, and email addresses.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a good will ambassador to guests; anticipate and resolve problems as appropriate
• Meet monthly/quarterly goals in theoretical win dictated by Slot Marketing Director
• Educate and train hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events; answer all hosted players questions in a timely manner, either in person or via phone or email
• Prepare, maintain and submit monthly slot and pit expense and comp reports
• Provide accurate accounting of all pit and slot players comp guidelines including but not limited to; all comp transaction, theoretical and actual win, room stock items, limo services, show tickets, etc.
• Identify and generate new member sign-ups with the purpose of increasing percentage of carded play
• Generate incremental carded play from existing hosted guests
• May be required to update club accounts with current address, phone number and email addresses

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Casino Marketing or a related field Required
• Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:
$21.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
