Job summary

Suncadia Resort in the Cascades seeks a Bell/Valet to greet guests entering and leaving the Lodge, assist with information, luggage storage, and luggage handling. You will open doors, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide umbrellas during rain or snow, delivering prompt, courteous service.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a valid driver license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Salary is $17.13/hr.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Guest/customer service or valet experience is a plus.
• Must be able to act and respond quickly.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently; occasionally more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering and leaving the Lodge at Suncadia.
• Assist guests with information in front of the Lodge and in Main Lobby.
• Assist guests with luggage storage.
• Assist with check-ins & Bell Service calls when needed.
• Open passenger doors of incoming cars.
• Park & retrieve guest vehicles with care.
• Provide umbrellas to guests in rain or snow.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to ensure a superior experience.
• Follow all Suncadia Resort policies and dress code.
• Keep Bell Storage area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
