Job summary

This role requires a neat appearance, strong communication, flexible hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring safe luggage handling and smooth check-in/check-out

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage and escort them to rooms or transport to amenities.
Provide valet parking assistance and coordinate with hotel transportation needs.
Park guest vehicles and securely store keys.
Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
Ensure lobby and common areas remain clean and welcoming, report maintenance issues.
Assist in check-in/check-out as needed and support front desk with guest inquiries.
