Job summary

Suncadia Resort, LLC in Cle Elum, WA seeks a Bell/Valet to greet guests, assist with their needs, and act as the first and last contact of the guest experience. You will provide information, help with luggage, and ensure a welcoming, safe arrival and departure on a premium mountain property.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting in the lobby, and delivering friendly service with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or valet preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering and leaving the Lodge at Suncadia.
• Assist guests with information in front of the Lodge and in Main Lobby.
• Assist guests with luggage storage and bell service calls.
• Open passenger doors of incoming cars and park/retrieve guest vehicles.
• Provide umbrellas to guests in rain or snow.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service and follow resort policies.
