Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is seeking a VIP Services Representative on-site in Oregon. You will be the central link between Guests, Hosts, Marketing, and the Players Club, coordinating VIP reservations, events, and personalized experiences with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries, maintaining guest data, and upselling offerings to enhance loyalty and guest satisfaction. Must be 21+, with strong typing, writing, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to type well and have an excellent phone voice.
• Computer experience essential, including Windows applications.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED; gaming experience or customer service desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for VIP guests via telemarketing, calls, and in-person engagement.
• Coordinate VIP reservations, hotel stays, events, dining, and other guest arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to Hosts, Rewards Club Supervisors, and Marketing staff.
• Upsell offerings and close reservations while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and guest data in accordance with policy.
• Represent Ko-Kwel Casino Resort professionally on property and by phone.
