Job summary

• Previous customer-facing experience with a Lifestyle/Luxury brand preferred.
• Fluent English; strong hospitality service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to guests in person or by phone.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, promotions, and VIP guests.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name and log VIP information for management review.
• Handle departmental calls within 4 rings and assist with reservations.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet and exceed service standards.
