Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Baton Rouge is hiring for guest services roles within our vibrant casino environment, offering opportunities to learn and advance in a fast-paced entertainment company. You will sign up guests for the PENN Play card, manage the VIP Club, explain comp structures, handle cash and tickets, and support promotions and events.

Requirements include being 21+, a valid state gaming license, a high school diploma, at least one year of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or older.
• Obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of prior work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Previous money handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new guests for the PENN Play card; update guest records and flag duplicates.
• Manage access to the VIP Club.
• Explain complimentary structure and how to qualify for different levels of services and/or goods.
• Cash direct mail and cash back coupons; balance bank and report at end of shift.
• Issue complimentary services and/or goods based on qualified play.
• Issue cash and VIP credentials.
• Coordinate PENN Play promotions and assist at marketing promotions and events.
• Help with maintenance and inventory control of PENN Play merchandise.
• Distribute promotional coupons and gifts.
• Print win/loss statements for guests upon request.
