Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in customer service required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent written/spoken English.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive all passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with luggage and valet services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, inspect for prior damage, and complete tags/tickets.
• Answer valet phone calls and respond to luggage room requests.
• Engage guests to promote services across properties and events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and sense of urgency throughout shifts.
