Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
• Control the flow of guests entering the restaurant and those waiting for a table.
• Obtain guest names, party size, and needs; manage wait lists and seating assignments.
• Estimate and communicate accurate wait times; lead guests to tables and present menus.
• Answer questions about the menu, venue, and artists; coordinate with kitchen and door hosts.
• Maintain host stand organization and cleanliness; assist with VIP and special events as needed.
