Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a Hospitality Host to support the Casino Floor and Player Development team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service to VIP guests and coordinating with teams to support promotions and events.

You will engage guests, promote Unity Rewards, handle requests, and ensure all procedures are followed while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years guest service experience in casino or hotel preferred.
Experience in casino or hotel environment preferred.
Proficient with CMP & LMS programs; MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide hands on real-time service for VIP guests that have relationships with Player Development team members.
Demonstrates exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interaction.
Provides timely and accurate service in a fast paced high demand atmosphere.
Assists Casino Hosted guests with request and demands.
Handle all operational aspects of player development department from opening to close daily.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately.
