Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Host/Cashier to greet guests, manage seating, and handle payments in a fast-paced dining setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in high volume food service, as well as in cashiering/money handling.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at restaurant entrance in a positive manner.
• Obtain basic information from guests such as name, party size, and seating preferences.
• Enter guest checks in the computer system, apply monies, make accurate change, and process credit card payments.
• Handle to-go orders over the phone/walk-ins.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
