Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service to casino guests and promote the Unity loyalty program. You will enroll new players, explain benefits, and assist with inquiries to enhance the gaming experience.

As part of the role, you will participate in marketing events, greet VIPs, and ensure professional, confidential handling of guest information while upholding the property’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work overnights, weekends and holidays depending on schedule.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication; energetic, caring and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Enroll potential casino players into the Unity loyalty program.
• Explain program benefits and issue rewards to guests.
• Greet guests and provide personalized service, handling inquiries professionally.
• Support marketing events such as concerts, meet and greets, and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality and represent core values with integrity and respect.
