Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Minneapolis is seeking a hospitality-focused individual to greet guests and assist with lounge seating and act schedules. You will help guests understand experiences in lounges and music areas and support staff to maintain the venue ambiance.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong guest-relations skills, and diplomacy, with the ability to handle multiple tasks tactfully and flexibly. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Greet and recognise Live Nation Executives and VIPs to acknowledge patronage.
• Serve as a resource of information for Guests about experiences in lounges and music areas.
• Assist Guests with timing of supporting acts and headliners.
• Provide assistance across positions and communicate effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain contact with Manager, Bar Staff and Server regarding guest arrivals.
• Observe lounge area to uphold ambiance and seating service standards.
• Demonstrate articulate vocabulary and adapt to diverse audiences.
