Job summary

Bellagio is hiring a Concierge to create personalized experiences for guests, turning requests into memorable moments. You will anticipate needs, promote MGM Resorts venues, and deliver WOW interactions that elevate stays.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour plus commissions. The role emphasizes guest service, upselling, and cross-selling across dining, shows, pools, and hotel amenities to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge.
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA.
• Current Notary and Bilingual preferred.

• Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues.
• Respond to and assist with guest conflict resolution in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendors.
• Stay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality community.
• Multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests.

THE STARTING PAY RATE

$19.00 + Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues, including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions

Respond to and assist with guest conflict resolution in a timely manner

Build strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendors

Stay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality community

Multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA
• Current Notary and Bilingual preferred
