Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a VIP Lounge Representative to deliver exceptional hospitality from welcome to farewell. You will manage seamless check-ins, bespoke concierge requests, and tailor experiences that create lasting memories for our esteemed guests.

The role emphasizes attentive service, guest-first communication, and a hands-on approach to resolving billing and service requests in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred.
• One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Services experience in a similar resort setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify if special requests/amenities were delivered.
• Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient and flawless while facilitating an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions using property cash handling procedures.

The STARTING PAY RATE: $22.50 / Per Hour

The Day-to-day
