Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Relationship Marketing Host to deliver premier service to mid-tier guests under the direction of the Manager, Relationship Marketing. You will tailor offers, manage guest journeys, and foster loyalty to drive gaming revenue.

As a member of the Player Development Department, you will act as an ambassador for Yaamava’, uphold the Tribe’s values, and support events and promotions with a professional, polished presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Casino/Gaming, sales or marketing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Uses Segment-of-One marketing to tailor offers for mid-tier guests and meets goals for calls and written contacts.
• Actively prospects for new opportunities and develops mid-tier guests to extend trips.
• Progresses players through tiers or to premium level.
• Handles guest journey including hotel, dining, entertainment, and folio clearance.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and tracks guest feedback.
• Attends and hosts events and supports department operations.
