• Inform guests of events and promotions via mail, social media, telemarketing.
• Coordinate guest rooms, meals and show reservations for guests.
• Organize events and participate in telemarketing to invite guests and obtain feedback on satisfaction.
• Assist in creation of action plans and goals for the department.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
