Job summary

Fanatics Betting and Gaming is hiring a Manager, VIP GTM to bridge VIP Ops with promotions, events, loyalty, and customer feedback across OSB, Casino, Fanatics ONE, and the broader Fanatics ecosystem.

You will own the VIP promotions calendar, customer visibility, and the end-to-end communication layer, ensuring clear signals for account management and acquisition while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a GTM, product marketing, loyalty, or cross‑functional strategy
• Strong operator who tracks everything
• Clear communicator who synthesizes inputs into briefs
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders
• Comfortable in ambiguity; able to build structure
• Analytical; reads data and surveys to draw conclusions
• Proactive ideation; brings ideas, not just updates
• Familiarity with host or AM workflow a plus
• High energy, low ego, no excuses

Responsibilities

• Own the full promotional calendar across OSB and Casino: know what is live, upcoming, and in planning and ideation for new promotions
• Maintain customer-level visibility into promotions and eligibility, and share with AMs ahead of launch
• Serve as the point of contact when promotions fail to pay out or have issues, flagging to AMs
• Maintain a consolidated, forward-looking events calendar with ownership and thresholds
• Compile eligible customer criteria and event fact sheets for upcoming events
• Partner with gifting to surface data on eligibility gaps before fulfillment
• Serve as the primary VIP partner for Fanatics ONE benefits and TLC
• Own a single source of truth for VIP announcements across promotions, events, and gifting
• Translate signals for account management and acquisition to drive engagement
• Own VIP customer feedback operations; design surveys and stand up a host NPS program
