This role requires project management skills, prioritization, and the ability to think outside the box to support group air reservations and related services. You will work with event planners and sponsors, maintain air service information, and ensure contracts with airlines are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years corporate travel experience.
• Knowledge of Sabre reservation system and Amadeus GDS.
• Knowledge of airline terminology, rules, fares and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages all office routines as directed by management and communicates backlogs or issues.
• Processes air travel requests and emails per service standards.
• Returns calls and messages to inform customers of developments in a timely manner.
• Gains ticketing and budget approvals according to program guidelines.
• Performs ticketing and exchanges with accurate data.
• Maintains queues daily and finalizes refunds and closes programs on time.
• Participates in operational calls and shares Program Guidelines with the team.
• Ensures excellent customer service via phone and professional communication.
• Meets/exceeds customer expectations regarding telephone, quality, and productivity.
