Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking a Travel Advisor to provide comprehensive corporate travel services, arranging domestic and international air, ground transport, and hotels while maintaining policy compliance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in corporate travel, Sabre GDS experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and vendors. Flexible work arrangements are available, with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel.
• Sabre GDS required; Amadeus GDS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine destination, transportation, dates, and accommodations.
• Arrange bookings across air, rail, car, hotel, and related services.
• Understand international travel, pricing, and documentation requirements; 10–25% international air bookings.
• Be consultative with customers and adhere to Travel Policy guidelines.
• Compute costs using GDS or booking tools; handle changes and requests.
• Quality control reservations before ticketing; maintain accurate queues.
• Meet shift requirements and support leadership; maintain high attendance and teamwork.
• Create and update passenger profiles; collect payments per CTM policy.
