Job summary

Direct Travel is seeking a Senior Corporate Travel Advisor to manage comprehensive, cost-effective travel for clients in line with company policies and preferred vendors.

You will handle domestic and international bookings, multi-segment itineraries, and ticketing with an expert understanding of airline rules. Strong customer service and GDS proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Proficient using one or more GDS systems.
• Experience creating multi-segment, multi-destination itineraries.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations.
• Ability to produce lowest logical airfare within client policy.
• Understanding of international airfares and ticketing.
• Proficient in internet searches and online booking processes.
• Experience with ticket exchanges and reissues.
• Ability to read and follow client travel policies and guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete domestic and international travel arrangements across air, hotel, ground, rail, and limo.
• Support multiple accounts or a dedicated client.
• Follow detailed procedures and standards for travel management.
• Interact with travelers and travel arrangers; provide first-level customer service support.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policy and DT preferred vendors.
• Maintain professionalism and follow escalation procedures.
• Attend meetings for updates on travel industry and office procedures.
• Foster positive relations with colleagues to support a cooperative environment.
