Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group seeks an experienced Travel Advisor to manage group air reservations, support event planners, and ensure top-tier service. The role requires meeting daily deadlines, strong prioritization, and proactive problem solving.

Flexible hours are available to meet business needs, with regular 8A-5P CST shifts. The ideal candidate has a minimum of ten years in corporate travel, familiarity with Sabre and Amadeus GDS, and solid skills in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years corporate travel experience.
• Knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email software.

Responsibilities

• Manage office routines and report backlogs to management.
• Process air travel requests and communications per service standards.
• Obtain ticketing and budget approvals per program guidelines.
• Perform ticketing and exchanges with proper accounting data.
• Maintain queues and finalize refunds promptly.
• Share program guidelines in operational calls and mentor new staff.
