Corporate Travel Management Limited is seeking a Travel Counselor to provide VIP travel services, arranging domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel and related services for executive clients. You will communicate with the team to deliver exceptional service and mentor junior advisors.

The role requires Sabre GDS experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings, build vendor relationships, and maintain client satisfaction in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel.
• Sabre GDS experience required.
• High level of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs, dates, and services.
• Assemble accurate travel arrangements and bookings.
• Arrange travel for air, rail, car, hotel and related services.
• Understand international travel and documentation requirements.
• Manage upgrades and loyalty programs for VIP travelers.
• Provide proactive, customer-focused travel planning and problem-solving.
