Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a hospitality supervisor to oversee the VIP stand team, coordinate set-up and closing procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with alcohol policies.

You will lead and train staff, manage schedules, stay mindful of health guidelines, and collaborate with service departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences across events. A high school diploma and prior fast-paced venue experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years in a fast-paced, high-end club/restaurant or catering setting.
• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; strong math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates stand workers in the VIP area and sets up/clears stations.
• Maintains clean, stocked work stations and handles inventory counting.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol policies and health guidelines.
• Manages staff schedules and communicates with other service departments.
• Demonstrates friendly, professional demeanor and guest-centric service.
• Keeps knowledge of venue layout and menu offerings to assist guests.
