You’ll coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance, document gaps, file bug reports, and guide VIP accounts through multi‑step processes. The role offers remote work and ownership over your shift.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken, professional level.
• 2+ years in fintech or financial services customer support.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
• Availability to work nights and weekends (US hours).
• Ability to explain fintech concepts to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision and clarity.
• Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with excellence, including document verification and account setup.
• Handle sensitive scenarios with discretion: frozen accounts, disputed transactions, and compliance‑related communications.
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• File detailed bug reports and test new features in staging environments.
• Create and update documentation to close process gaps.
• Qualify high-value sales leads and route to account executives with quality.
